Dom nasz to część historii Giżycka. Zbudował go lotnik przed I wojną Światową, po II wojnie była to własność pierwszego Burmistrza Giżycka Jana Mieczańca, zajmującego to stanowisko w latach 1948 - 1950. W latach 1970 - 85 mieściło się tu schronisko młodzieżowe.
Aktualnie trzeci właściciel zachował duszę domu: stare piece kaflowe, oryginalne podłogi, elewacja - cegła biała-pruski mur...

Może wygodnie mieszkać w nim do 10 osób (w razie potrzeby można pomieścić nawet 14 osób).
Dom leży nieopodal centrum miasta, lecz w zaciszu ogrodu, na dużej działce (1100m2). Do jeziora -Niegocin jest ok. 800m, gdzie znajduje się plaża miejska ze strzeżonym kąpieliskiem, zapleczem sanitarnym i restauracyjnym.
Na parterze domu znajduje się przestronny salon z myśliwskim kominkiem, w każdym pokoju znajduje się TV. Ponadto 1 pokój 2 osobowy oraz WC.
Na I piętrze znajdują się 3 pokoje (3, 3 i 2-osobowy) a także łazienka wyposażona min. w. kabinę. Tu także jest kuchnia z lodówką, kuchenką 4-palnikową elektryczną, i naczyniami.

Samochód zaparkować można na zamkniętej, ogrodzonej posesji, strzeżonej przez psa.

Our house is a part of history of Gizycko. It was built by a German airman after the Ist World War, and after the IInd World War it was the property of the first Mayor of Gizycko, John Mieczaniec in the years 1948 -1950. In the years 1970 - 1985 there was in it a Young People Hostel. Actually the third owner of the house maintained the soul of the house: old tile-stoves, old furniture, timber floors, elevation - white brick - prussian wall...

From 10 to 14 people can reside conformably in it.
The house is situated not far from the centre of the town, but in the seclusion of the garden. It is about 700 metres to the lake Niegocin, where there is a town beach with a guarded ba -thing place, and sanitary and gastronomic base. On the groud floor of the house there is a raŹther spacious hunting room with a fire-place and television - set. Besides 1 a two-beds room and a lavatory. On the first floor there are 3 rooms (4, 3 and 2 beds), and also a bathroom with a shower. There is also a kitchen with a fridge, a 4-burner electrical stove and pots and pans. In all the rooms there are television sets and radio-magnetophones. In the closed and railed in and watched by a dog possession You can park a car. In place You can use the garden furnituŹre, grill and take use of the place for an open fire, hunting broach, smokung house and post-german tile-stove for backing bread. The nearest grocer's shop is about 50 meters away.
With the help of the owner You can hire sailing boats, canoes and bicycles. The guests without any domestic animals are nicely seen.

Unser Haus ist ein Teil der Geschichte von Giżycko ( Lötzen ). Es wurde vom deutschen Flieger nach dem I. Weltkrieg gebaut, und nach dem II. Weltkrieg war es das Eigentum des ersten Bürgermeisters der Stadt Giżycko Jan Mieczańca, der in den Jahren 1948-1950 diese Stellung bezogen hat. In den Jahren 1970-1985 war hier eine Jugendherberge. Gegenwärtig erhielt der dritte Besitzer die Seele dieses Hauses: alte Kachelöfen, alte Möbel, Holzfußböden,

Wir laden zu uns durch das ganze Jahr ein.
Man kann hier bequem 10 bis 14 Personen wohnen. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums der Stadt, aber in der Häuslichkeit des Gartens. Bis zum Niegocinsee ist ca. 700m, wo sich der Stadtstrand mit der bewachten Badestelle und mit dem Sanitäts - und Gastronomiehinterland befindet.
Im Parter des Hauses befindet sich ein kleiner geräumiger Jägersalon mit Kamin und Fernseher. Außerdem ein Doppelzimmer und die Toilette. Im ersten Stock befinden sich drei Zimmer ( ein Vierpersonenzimmer, ein Dreipersonenzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer und auch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Hier befindet sich auch eine Küche mit dem Kühlschrank, Elektroherd und Geschirr. In den Zimmern sind Fernseher und Stereoanlagen.
Das Auto kann man auf einem geschloßenen, umgezäumten, vom Hund beschützten Besitz parken.
An Ort und Stelle kann man Gartenmöbel, Grill und einen Platz für ein Lagerfeuer, Jägerspieß, Räucherkammer, ehemaligen Kachelofen zum Backen des Brotes benutzen.
Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft befindet sich in der Nähe von ca. 50m.
Durch Vermittlung des Besitzers können Sie Boote und Fahrräder leihen.
Nett gesehen Gäste ohne Haustiere.
